§ 816.131 What actions must I take when I temporarily cease mining operations?Cessation of operations: Temporary.

(a)

(1)

Each person who

temporarily ceases to conduct

of those areas which will have been accomplished, and identification of the backfilling, regrading, revegetation, environmental monitoring, and water treatment activities that will continue during the temporary cessation.
