§ 542.531 - Emergency medical services.

§ 542.531 Authorization of emergency Emergency medical services.
The provision and receipt of nonscheduled emergency medical services in the United States to persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to § 542.201(a) is authorized, provided that all receipt of payment for such services must be specifically licensed.that are prohibited by this part are authorized.
