The draw of the Cedar Lake Road swing span bridge, Tchoutacabouffa River, mile 8.0, will open on signal with twenty-four hours notice; except that the draw will remain closed to navigation Monday through Friday with the exception of July 4, 2005. However, from August 1, 2005 through September 23, 2005 it will open on signal with twenty-four hours notice every other weekend beginning with the weekend of August 13, 2005.
