(a) A separation zone is established bounded by a line connecting the following geographical positions:
Latitude Longitude 40°28.75′ N 69°14.83′ W 40°27.62′ N 70°13.77′ W 40°30.62′ N 70°14.00′ W 40°31.75′ N 69°14.97′ W (b) A traffic lane for westbound traffic is established between the separation zone and a line connecting the following geographical positions:
