§ 180.1321 Complex Polymeric Polyhydroxy Acids (CPPA); exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
(a)An exemption from the requirement of a tolerance is established for
theresidues of the pesticide complex polymeric polyhydroxy acids
in or on all food commodities when applied as a plant growth regulator and used in accordance with good agricultural practices. (b) An exemption from the requirement of a tolerance is established for the residues of complex polymeric polyhydroxy acids(CPPA) in or on all food commodities, when
applied as a nematicide andused in accordance with label directions and good agricultural practices.
