§ 1011.62 - Announcement of uniform price and butterfat differential.

The market administrator shall announce publicly on or before:

(a) The fifth day after the end of each month the butterfat differential for such month; and

(b) The 10th day after the end of each month the uniform price pursuant to § 1011.61 for such month.
