§ 1068.2 - Upper Midwest marketing area.

Upper Midwest marketing area (referred to in this part as the “marketing area”) means all territory within the boundaries listed below including all territory that is now, or in the future, occupied by government (municipal, State, or Federal) reservations, installations, institutions, or other similar establishments if any part of such territory is within the designated geographical limits of the marketing area:(a) The State of Minnesota, except the counties of Lincoln, Nobles, Pipestone, and Rock.
