§ 1466.9 Technical services provided by qualified personnel not affiliated with USDA.
(a) NRCS may use the services of qualified third-party technical service providers TSPs in its delivery of EQIP technical assistance in accordance with 7 CFR part 652.
(b) Participants may obtain technical services from certified technical service providers TSPs in accordance with 7 CFR part 652.
(c) NRCS retains approval authority of work done by non-NRCS personnel for the purpose of approving EQIP payments.
