§ 918.25 - Eligibility for membership on Industry Committee.

Any person nominated or selected to serve as a member or as an alternate member of the Industry Committee, except for the public member and alternate, shall be an individual grower of peaches in the respective district for which selected, or an officer, employee, or agent of a corporate grower or corporate gorwers in such district. The public member and alternate shall reside in Georgia, but neither person shall be grower or handler of peaches.
