Except as provided in § 918.71, no handler shall ship peaches, the shipment of which has been prohibited in accordance with this part; and no handler shall ship peaches except in conformity to the provisions of this part and the provisions of the regulations, if any, issued by the Secretary pursuant to the provisions of this subpart.
