    The open meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 12, 1994 at 10 
a.m., has been rescheduled for Wednesday, January 12, 1994 at 11 a.m.
    Commissioner Beese, as duty officer, determined that Commission 
business required the above change and that no earlier notice thereof 
was possible.
