October 20, 1998.
    The Notice of Filing in the above-mentioned case was issued on 
October 8, 1998 (63 FR 56020, October 20, 1998) with a deadline for 
filing protests and interventions of October 19, 1998. Since the 
publication of this notice was after the deadline, we are extending the 
time to file protests and interventions to October 30, 1998.
