AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of the Presidential declaration 
of an emergency for the State of Maine (FEMA-3121-EM), dated October 
24, 1996, and related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: November 4, 1996.
