Eastern Shore Natural Gas Company; Notice of Pre-Certificate Site 
Visit

November 9, 1998.
    On November 16, 1998, the Office of Pipeline Regulation (OPR) staff 
will conduct a pre-certificate site visit, with representatives of 
Eastern Shore Natural Gas Company, of the proposed pipeline route near 
Delaware City in New Castle County, Delaware and near New London in 
Chester County, Pennsylvania.
    All interested parties may attend. Those planning to attend must 
provide their own transportation.
