Correction

    In proposed rule document 02-28954 beginning on page 69160 in the 
issue of Friday, November 15, 2002, make the following correction:
    On page 69160, in the second column, in the DATES section, in the 
second line, ``January 14, 2002'' should read, ``January 14, 2003''.
