Adjustments to Civil Monetary Penalty Amounts

Correction

    In rule document 96-28596 beginning on page 57773 in the issue of 
Friday, November 8, 1996, make the following correction:
    On page 57774, in the third column, beginning in the third line the 
amendatory instruction is corrected to read as follows:

    ``For the reasons set forth in the preamble, part 201, Title 17, 
Chapter II of the Code of Federal Regulations is amended by adding 
Subpart E to read as follows.''
