AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the 
Commonwealth of Massachusetts (FEMA-3153-EM), dated December 6, 1999, 
and related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: December 13, 1999.
