Title: E-Mail Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Description: Data obtained from this survey will be used to
continuously improve the E-Mail service to taxpayers. Information on
the number of customers who would have called instead of using the E-
Mail process will be tracked and used to determine if this service has
had an effect on the IRS toll-free workload.
Respondents: Individuals or households, Business or other for-
profit.
Estimated Number of Respondents: 20,000.
Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent: 2 minutes.

Estimated Total Reporting Burden: 667 hours.
