ACTION: Correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a notice appearing in the Federal 
Register on March 6, 1996 (61 FR 8982), that states that the Commission 
is considering issuance of an amendment to Facility Operating License 
No. NPF-58, issued to the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, et 
al. This action is necessary to change an erroneous filing date.
