[Project No. 2614-021]
City of Hamilton; Ohio and Kentucky; Notice of Availability of

March 25, 1996.
A final environmental assessment (FEA) is available for public
review. The FEA is for a license amendment application to relocate a
portion of a transmission line for the Greenup

Project. The FEA finds that approval of the application would not
constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the human
environment. The Greenup Project is located on the Ohio River in
Greenup County, Kentucky and Scioto County, Ohio.
The FEA was written by staff in the Office of Hydropower Licensing,
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Copies of the FEA are available
for review at the Commission's Public Reference and Information Center,
Room 2-A, 888 First Street NE., Washington, DC 20426. Copies can also
be obtained by calling the project manager, Jon Cofrancesco at (202)
219-0079.
Lois D. Cashell,
Secretary.
