    SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition by Inter-Island 
    Communications, Inc. requesting the allotment of Channel 275C to Agana, 
    Guam, as that community's sixth local aural transmission service. 
    Channel 275C can be allotted to Agana in compliance with the 
    Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without a site 
    restriction. The coordinates for Channel 275C at Agana are North 
    Latitude 13-28-27 and West Longitude 144-44-52.
    
    DATES: Comments must be filed on or before April 25, 1994, and reply 
    comments on or before May 10, 1994.
