the community's second local FM service. Channel 282A can be allotted
to Van Wert in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance
separation requirements with a site restriction of 12.5 kilometers (7.7
miles) east, at coordinates North Latitude 40-53-09 and West Longitude
    84-26-17, to avoid a short-spacing to Station WLBC-FM, Channel 281B,
Muncie, Indiana. Canadian concurrence in the allotment at Van Wert is
required since the community is located within 320 kilometers (200
    miles) of the U.S.-Canadian border.
