Notice of Open Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Export-Import Bank of the United States
TIME AND PLACE: Monday, April 18, 1994, at 10 a.m. The meeting will be
held at Eximbank in room 1141, 811 Vermont Avenue NW., Washington, DC
20571. (Continuation of 4/11/94 meeting.)
AGENDA: 1. Reinventing Eximbank: Working Capital Guarantee Program
Additionality; 2. Option 1: Additionality, Small Business, and the
Working Capital Guarantee Program; 3. Option 2: Additionality Accepted;
4. Reinventing Eximbank: Working Capital Guarantee Program Changes.
