AGENCY: Office of Management and Budget.

ACTION: Notice of document availability.

SUMMARY: This Notice indicates the availability of the first Financial 
Accounting and Auditing Technical Release, ``Audit Legal Letter 
Guidance.'' The technical release was prepared by the Accounting and 
Auditing Policy Committee of the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory 
Board (FASAB) and cleared by the FASAB on March 1, 1998. This Notice is 
available on OMB's home page at http://www.whitehouse.gov/WH/EOP/omb, 
under the caption ``Federal Register Submissions.''
