Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company; Notice of Refund Report

April 29, 1996.
    Take notice that on April 16, 1996 Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line 
Company (Panhandle) and Trunkline Gas Company (Trunkline) tendered for 
filing a Refund Report made pursuant to the Commission's Orders dated 
January 12, 1994 and October 18, 1994 in the above dockets.

    Panhandle and Trunkline state that the Refund Report sets forth 
Panhandle's refund obligation to Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation 
(Columbia) for production related costs and that payment to Columbia 
was made on March 28, 1996.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be filed 
on or before May 6, 1996. Protests will be considered by the Commission 
in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve 
to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection 
in the Pubic Reference Room.
