June 23, 1994.
Notice is hereby given that an evidentiary hearing in this matter,
which involves a proposed civil monetary penalty, will commence at 9:00
a.m. on August 31, 1994, and will continue on September 1, if
necessary. The hearing will be held in the School of Nursing (Nursing
Bldg.) at Indiana University, 1111 West Middle Drive, Indianapolis,
Indiana.
In accordance with 10 CFR Sec. 2.715(a), any person not a party to
this proceeding may make a limited appearance statement, either orally
or in writing, setting forth their position on the issues. Oral
statements will be heard at the conclusion of the hearing sessions, and
the time allotted for each statement may be limited depending on the
number of persons requesting an appearance. Written statements may be
presented at any time, and requests to make oral statements should be
submitted to the Office of the Secretary, Docketing and Service Branch,
U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555. A copy of
such a statement or request should be served on the Chairman, Atomic
Safety and Licensing Board.
