Notice of Prospective Copyright License

AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: Notice of Prospective Copyright License.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that NextGen Systems, Incorporated, 
1006 W. Ninth Avenue, King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania 19406, has applied 
for a partially exclusive license to practice the U.S. Copyright in the 
``Method for Visually Integrating Multiple Data Acquisition 
Technologies for Real Time and Retrospective Analysis Software Code'' 
(also known as ``Crew Response Evaluation Window (CREW)''), for which a 
U.S. Copyright Registration Application was filed on May 3, 1996, by 
the United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the 
National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Written objections to 
the prospective grant of a license should be sent to Ms. Robin W. 
Edwards, Patent Attorney, Langley Research Center.

DATES: Responses to this notice must be received by August 5, 1996.
