NYSTRS/NV Capital, L.P.; Notice of Surrender of Licensee

    Notice is hereby given that NYSTRS/NV Capital, L.P. (``NYSTRS''), 
111 Westminster Street, Providence, Rhode Island, 02903 has surrendered 
its License to operate as a small business investment company under the 
Small Business Investment Act of 1958, as amended (Act). NYSTRS was 
licensed by the Small Business Administration on February 7, 1986.
    Under the authority vested by the Act and Pursuant to the 
Regulations promulgated thereunder, the surrender of the license was 
accepted on May 25, 1995, and accordingly, all rights, privileges, and 
franchises derived therefrom have been terminated.
