Federal Family Education Loan Program
AGENCY: Department of Education.
ACTION: Final regulations; correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects errors in the final regulations for the
Federal Family Education Loan Program published in the Federal Register
on May 17, 1994 (59 FR 25744). The document published on May 17, 1994
contained various corrections and technical changes to the final
regulations published on December 18, 1992 (57 FR 60280). However,
several amendments included in the May 17, 1994 document did not
reflect the publication of intervening amendments. This document
therefore corrects the May 17, 1994 final regulations by removing these
amendments.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This correction is effective May 17, 1994.

The following corrections are made in FR Doc. 94-11656, published
on May 17, 1994 (59 FR 25744):
1. On page 25745, columns 2 and 3, the amendments to Sec. 682.202
in item 7 are removed.
2. On page 25746, column 3, the amendments to Sec. 682.402 in item
17 are removed.
3. On page 25747, column 1, in the amendments to Sec. 682.410 in
item 20, remove ``; in paragraph (b)(6)(iii)(A) before the semicolon,
add `, unless the notice was previously sent pursuant to paragraph
(b)(5)(ii) of this section'''.
4. On page 25747, column 2, the amendments to Sec. 682.413 in item
22 are removed.
