        Title: Streamlined State Plan for AFDC.
        OMB No.: 0970-0016.
        Description: This document constitutes the agreement by States to 
    operate AFDC in accord with Federal laws and regulations. It is used as 
    the basis for determining Federal financial participation in State 
    programs and as a tool for policy development.
        Respondents: State governments.
