Foreign-Trade Zone 147--Reading, Pennsylvania Withdrawal of 
Application for Subzone Status for the Bayer Corporation Aspirin 
Products Plant

    Notice is hereby given of the withdrawal of the application 
submitted by the Foreign Trade Zone Corporation of Southeastern 
Pennsylvania, grantee of FTZ 147, requesting special-purpose subzone 
status for the aspirin products manufacturing plant of Bayer 
Corporation. The application was filed on March 4, 1998 (63 FR 12440, 
3/13/98).
    The withdrawal was requested by the applicant because of changed 
circumstances, and the case has been closed without prejudice.
