j. Description of Proposal: The Applicant requests an amendment to increase the bypassed reach minimum flow from 240 cubic feet per second (cfs) from spring ice-out through October 31, and 20 cfs from November 1 through spring ice-out, to 850 cfs April 1 through May 31, and 240 cfs June 1 through March 31. In addition, the Applicant is proposing to release 650 cfs into the bypassed reach periodically during the summer to provide for recretional boating.
