Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel Multilingual Initiative Issue Committee will be held Friday, November 22, 2002, from 1 pm EST to 2 pm EST via a telephone conference call. The public is invited to make oral comments. Individual comments will be limited to 5 minutes.
