Take notice that on July 11, 2003, Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1 and Original Volume No. 2, the revised tariff sheets specified in Appendix A to the filing, to become effective on August 1, 2003.

Williston Basin states that the filing is being made in compliance with the July 3, 2003 letter order in Docket No. RP03-286-003.

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with § 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
