03-6542. ANR Pipeline Company; Notice of Negotiated Rate Filing

Take notice that on March 7, 2003, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR), tendered for filing a notification to the Commission of a change in the termination date of a Firm Storage Service Agreement and certain associated transportation agreements.

ANR states that the notice and associated agreement reflect that the negotiated rate agreement between ANR and Reliant Energy Marketing Services, Inc. and all underlying service will be terminated on April 1, 2003 instead of March 31, 2004.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with sections 385.314 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
