The Federal Communications Commission will hold an Open Meeting on the subject listed below on Tuesday, January 25, 2011, which is scheduled to commence at 10:30 a.m. in Room TW-C305, at 445 12th Street, SW., Washington, DC.Start Printed Page 4111
Item No. Bureau Subject 1 PUBLIC SAFETY AND HOMELAND SECURITY TITLE: Service Rules for the 698-746, 747-762 and 777-792 MHz bands (WT Docket No. 06-150); Implementing a Nationwide, Broadband, Interoperable Public Safety Network in the 700 MHz Band (PS Docket No. 06-229); and Amendment of Part 90 of the Commission's Rules (WP Docket No. 07-100) SUMMARY: The Commission will consider an Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to ensure that the public safety broadband network is interoperable nationwide. The meeting site is fully accessible to people using wheelchairs or other mobility aids. Sign language interpreters, open captioning, and assistive listening devices will be provided on site. Other reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities are available upon request. In your request, include a description of the accommodation you will need and a way we can contact you if we need more information.
