Incident: Flooding.

Incident Period: 02/14/2011 and continuing.

Effective Date: 06/24/2011.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/23/2011.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/21/2012.
