Citrus Canker; Compensation for Certified Citrus Nursery Stock

Our nursery suffered losses due to the Citrus Canker Eradication Program, since we could not sell or move our citrus plants. We finally voluntarily gave them up after four (4) years. The plants were effectively killed by the CCEP personnel and the State' ruling of unlimited quarantine.
