1. In APHIS Tech Note of April 2003, susceptible species included roach, pike, guppy, pumpkinseed, danios, golden shiners, minnows and possibly penaeid shrimp. These species have been omitted from the proposed Federal Register list of susceptible species. Please indicate why these species are not at least mentioned in the proposed law. 2. Will this regulation lead to future regulation of imported species in the ornamental fish industry?
