Dear Sir/Madam, In brief: Can i direct you to the link below please which was published today by DEFRA. Of which you must be aware. My question is, now that the UK has been declared FMD free by the OIE, when will the except surrey county statement be lifted from the 9 CFR 94 series? Is this the intention as stated on the APHIS notification dated ~ 31 Jan 2007 or will a separate internal review be undertaken by APHIS/USDA in conjuction with the OIE ruling.
