Controlled Import Permits

Hi, In the early 90's I had a controlled permit to import restricted plant material. I read all the reading material from USDA, and made a few importations, without any problems. My material was inspected once, with approval. It certainly would be worth another try, for responsible, informed parties to allow this again to be permissable. Thank You.
