aphis has been in charge of these invasive plants for the last 60 years and look at the orrible shape ameria is in with invasive plants, bugs and insects, invasive fish, invasive animals all over this country. aphis has done an absoluely miserable job of regulating the importation of all of these species. it is clear that the money being offered to get permits to bring in these invasives has made the personnel at this agency lose their minds and agree to allow all of these horrible products to enter this country. now general taxpayers are constantly being asked for billions of dollars to stamp out the invasives that this horrible agency let in. after all, aphis is usda and usda works for nursery profits, so they opened the doors to all of the commercial profiteers. america is at a loss because of the awful and negligent operation of this agency - aphis. all employees need to be relieved of their duties - they are not doing them anyway.
