Traceability for Livestock Moving Interstate

As the operator of a small stocker backgrounding operation, I feel the Proposed Traceability Rule would and another unnecessary complication to a business with thin enough margins already. While traceability is a real concern that must be addressed I do not feel this is the most effective way to go about it.
