No MATTER HOW MUCH REGULATIONS ARE PLACED ON PRODUCE FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES, INEVITABLY SOME KIND OF PEST WILL GET THROUGH. WE HAVE QUITE A FEW FARMERS HERE ALREADY WHO CAN PROVIDE THE MARKETS WITH THEIR PRODUCE. WE CERTAINLY DON'T NEED ANOTHER PEST LIKE COFFEE BORER BEETLE AGAIN.
