Comment on CFPB-2011-0031-0001

Thank you for the opportunity to offer comments on the interim final rule. In Appendix G, there is a grammatical error (carried over from the FRB regulation) in Form G-3(A): In the following text: (Note: Neither of these are necessary if your purchase was based on an advertisement we mailed to you....) the word "are" is grammatically incorrect. It should be replaced by "is." As I noted, the error was copied from the text in Appendix G to the Federal Reserve Board's 12 CFR Part 226.
