In a time where our economy is in precautious situation and layoffs have been massive, I believe competitive bidding should be the lease concern of our government and should permanently be remove. Our industry just had a 9.5% rate cut on reimbursement and with the implementation of accreditation by this year, this should be more than enough to help reduce expenses of goverment on our side of the industry. If competitive bidding is implemented, there will be more layoffs and patient's access and choice will be jeopardize because of their limited choice on who will supply them the proper care and equipment. I am a small business and have 10 employees with children. What would happen to these employees and their children if I didn't win. So, please, remove competitive bidding from your agenda. Thank you and hope this comment reaches someone who understands.
