Validation proposal to submit documentation to the CDAC within 30 days from the date of request (a decrease from the current time frame of 45 days). This proposal would be a burden on medical record staff and quality staff who may be selected for both outpatient and inpatient validation and it may not allow the hospitals the time to adequately review the records before submitting to CDAC.
