This rule would implement a minimum payment level that applies to specified primary care services. The proposed rule specifies which services and types of physicians qualify for the minimum payment level. I feel like the rule could be effective because it will update the interim regional maximun fees. I feel like updates are needed every so often as to reflect the ways of current life. Maybe the fees will become more affordable and more children will be able to recieve the vaccines they need.
