I do not believe that the government should step in and try to make everything so safe that no one can get hurt. All of my tools come with a manual on how to use them and it should be stressed that this should be read. All companies that I have worked for have always given me proper training on any tools that I would need to use. I have found that you cannot force a person to work safely unless they want to and usually this is the person who will disable the safety devices. Safety devices can and should be improved but let the people decide what they want to buy! This should be the peoples choice and not the government.
