To all who labored to get this benefit, I salute you. However, at the rates quoted, I don't think there will be many takers. It is a travisty that our active duty retiree brethren get (almost) free health care, yet we have to pay through the nose for the same thing. I was looking forward to using this service, but unless I win the lottery, I won't be able to, nothing like spending 18 years working two jobs + 12 years of active duty and being told I still have to pay for what others who have done less get for free.
As I stated at the beginning, I salute all who labored to get even this far, it is a great accomplishment, now we have to get the rest fixed.
